The Amazing Camp War Eagle Life Skills Assistant is an integral part of camp and is a position designed for one who will be responsible for assisting with the planning, purchasing, project development and supervision of the Camp War Eagle Crafts Program. The Life Skills Assistant will work with the Camp War Crafts Director in implementing this program.

The overall responsibility of the Crafts Specialist is to help facilitate the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the Camp War Eagle Crafts Center. The Camp War Eagle Crafts Program consists of a wide variety of Morning Activity Classes, as well as different activities free for participation during Mish Mash in the afternoon. The Camp War Eagle Crafts Specialist has the unique opportunity to use their artistic skills and work ethic to serve the overall mission of Camp War Eagle.

The overall responsibility of the Head Wrangler is to help facilitate the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the Camp War Eagle Barn. The Camp War Eagle Barn is home to approximately 18 horses, which are used for both Horsemanship classes and Trail Rides. Each summer, Camp War Eagle hires up to 4 college – aged young people to serve as wranglers. Camp War Eagle wranglers have the unique opportunity to use their horsemanship skills and work ethic to serve the overall mission of Camp War Eagle.

The Amazing Camp War Eagle Office Manager is an integral part of camp and is a position designed for one who can assist the directors in developing administrative systems, supervising personnel and manage many office activities.

The Amazing Camp War Eagle Retreats director and community engagement assistant director is an integral part of camp and is a position designed for one who can coordinate off season programming, rental retreats, and promote Camp War Eagle Groups & Retreats to likeminded businesses, organizations, and other community groups in accordance with the mission and vision of Camp War Eagle. This position will also be focused on assisting the community engagement team with relationships in the community, partnering with local organizations to recruit campers for camp, and helping with camper recruiting events.

The responsibility of the Camper Recruiting Coordinator is to build and support Camp War Eagle’s relationships with NWA schools and partnering organizations in order to achieve the camper recruiting goals set by the Director of Community Engagement.

The responsibility of the Assistant Director of Community Engagement (ADCE) is to build and support Camp War Eagle’s relationships with NWA school with the goal of creating advocates and leveraging the strength of CWE in the local community. The ADCE will do so by focusing on the following goals: Strategically grow the number of CWE advocates (School Ambassadors) by focusing on enlisting the input and involvement of educators, colleagues, and community leaders. Identify and implement opportunities for CWE to engage the local community. Connecting CWE staff to volunteer opportunities Presence at community events

The Amazing Camp War Eagle Maintenance Supervisor is an integral part of camp and is a position designed for those who are willing to supervise personnel, oversee maintenance systems, and maintain all water and wastewater treatment management, as well as other responsibilities.

The Amazing Camp War Eagle Facilities Assistant Director Community Operations is an integral part of camp and is a position designed for one who can help with all support of CWE’s in city-based operations, administrative duties, site supervision, as well as other responsibilities including but not limited to perform light carpentry and other maintenance duties.
