The amazing Camp War Eagle Day Camp specialist is an integral part of camp and is a position designed for those who are willing to have fun with and love 0n some of our younger campers during the weekdays at one of our three in-town facilities. We have sites in Rogers, Springdale, and one mobile site that travels to several other towns in Northwest Arkansas. Day Camp specialists reside at our overnight site on Beaver Lake and travel to and from their day camp location each day.

Day Camp specialist duties include:

1. 1. Directly overseeing 10-15 campers from ages six to 11 years old

1. 1. Teaching and supervising in an area of the Camp War Eagle program

1. 1. Coaching a team in competition everyday

1. 1. Supervising during the campers’ free time of the day

1. 1. Spending time with campers when not “on duty”

1. 1. Supervising or participating in Special Events

1. 1. Leading a cabin devotional provided by Camp War Eagle

1. 1. Helping in different aspects in the evenings at the overnight camp

1. 1. This position requires a minimum of four weeks working on the Day Camp team.
