Sooo... What do I need to do?
In order to have nonstop fun this summer, let’s stop and do some paperwork.
Load the following items into your staff dashboard by March 1st, 2024.

Please upload the following to your staff dashboard
Tdap/Td (Must have had a tetanus booster in the last 10 years), MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Menactra (Meningococcal—Meningitis Shot), Hepatitis B, Varicella/Varivax (or a date when you had the Chicken Pox virus), Polio (Provide record if you have it), Hib (Provide record if you have it)
