Join us for an unforgettable weekend as we celebrate two decades of Camp War Eagle memories, ministry, and lifelong friendships. This special reunion is open to all staff who have served over the past 20 years — whether you were here for one summer or many! Whether you’re single, married, or bringing the whole family, we can’t wait to welcome you back home to the shores of Beaver Lake to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate all that God has done through Camp War Eagle.
THE SCHEDULE
The reunion will take place at Camp War Eagle from Saturday, September 5th to Sunday, September 6th. If you are arriving to town early you can join us for an optional in town hangout at 8th Street Market in Bentonville on Friday, September 4th at 7:00pm for adults only.

Ready to relive camp life? Overnight lodging at camp can be reserved for Saturday, September 5. Lodging fees will be added to you registration and must be paid by the listed deadlines–space is limited, so don’t wait to snag your spot!
- Private Lodging is for families or individuals who want their own cabin to call home for the weekend. You can invite others to join your space if you’d like, but the full lodging fee will go to one registration.
- Shared Lodging brings back that classic camp feel! Individuals will be grouped by gender and the years they worked at camp, and families will stay with other families. Want to bunk with friends? Get your crew together to fill out their own registration and specify who you want to lodge with.
WHAT TO PACK:
KidZONE!
We want to make this experience great for the whole family. Camp will be full of activities for kids of all ages, with a few activity restrictions in place for safety.
We’re also excited to offer a KidZONE—an optional, family-friendly space designed especially for junior campers ages 5 and under to play and cool off with a parent or guardian. Families are welcome to come and go as needed while continuing to enjoy all that camp has to offer.
In addition, families can take advantage of our Mother’s Rooms and Nap Rooms, providing quiet, comfortable spaces to rest and recharge.
