SO WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

In order to have nonstop fun this summer, let’s get some paperwork out of the way.

Load the following items into your staff dashboard by March 1st, 2024.

Please upload the following to your staff dashboard

Tdap/Td (Must have had a tetanus booster in the last 10 years), MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Menactra (Meningococcal—Meningitis Shot), Hepatitis B, Varicella/Varivax (or a date when you had the Chicken Pox virus), Polio (Provide record if you have it), Hib (Provide record if you have it)

If you are an international staff, please mark that you are currently uninsured on your Medical History and we will change your status when we get your insurance cards from your Visa Sponsoring Agency.

Review Our Medication Policy

Camp War Eagle Medication Policy

We want to remind everyone of our medication policy for camp. All medication and vitamins will have to be stored in our health center in the counselor med room. You will have access to them 24 hours a day, but you cannot have them in your living space regardless if you are living in a cabin with campers or in our staff houses. If you have any questions about this policy please email our Medical Coordinator at traci@campwareagle.org

A special event is a massive, themed party to cap off the end of every incredible camp day!

Internship opportunities:

Camp War Eagle can satisfy summer internship requirements for a variety of majors including Social Work, Counseling, Education, Animal Science, Recreation, Photography, Videography, Sports Management, and many more! To find out if your major qualifies, email staffrecruiting@campwareagle.org

We also have year-round, paid internships available for recent college graduates in the following programs: Community Engagement, Marketing, Staff Recruiting, OZONE, and Maintenance.
