Camper Requirements:
- Qualifications must be completed before a camper will be considered for enrollment into Camp War Eagle. Please remember that all campers are required to meet the criteria established by Camp War Eagle for admittance; therefore, the detailed completion of Qualifications (online or on the Qualification Form) is extremely important. Also, for those applicants with prior experience at Camp War Eagle, their performance and behavior while a camper will be a significant factor in determining their enrollment in a Camp War Eagle session. Campers must meet the minimum qualifications required, but are encouraged to do even more, as their level of community service and involvement is a factor in determining enrollment.
- All campers must have current immunizations in order to attend Camp War Eagle. In order to make reasonable efforts to protect the health of our entire camp population residing in a unique overnight situation, immunizations are mandatory for camp attendance; no exemptions or exceptions.
- All applicants must attend school in Benton, Carroll, Madison or Washington County, Arkansas, or otherwise provide proof of full-time residence in Benton, Carroll, Madison or Washington County, Arkansas, to be eligible to attend.
- Overnight camp applicants must be ages 7 to 17 while at overnight camp AND currently enrolled in 1st through 11th grade to be eligible to attend. Additionally, applicants must be at least 8 years old while at camp to attend a 14 day overnight camp session.
- Day camp applicants must be ages 6 to 11 while at day camp AND currently enrolled in Kindergarten through 5th grade to be eligible to attend.
